We are aware of an issue causing 403 Access Denied Errors with addon domains. This is caused by your directory associated with the addon domain being set to the wrong permissions. We are working on a fix at the moment. However if you have this issue it can be resolved by changing the directory to permission 755. Please only do this if you are familar with permisions. If you need us to perform this change please open a ticket. We will continue to work on a system wide fix.
06/08/17 @ 11:06AM Update: This is also affecting non addon domains at this point. We are still working to resolve.
06/08/17 @ 9:53PM Update: We have manually corrected all permisions issues in the accounts. If you are still haveing an issue please open a ticket for support.
06/09/17 @ 4:43PM Update: We have disabled LiteSpeed webserver due to error and are currently using Apache until this is resolved. All permisions issues have been resolved. Please open a ticket if you experience an issue with 403 errors.

This message is to clients in our Seattle location. Unfortunately one of our switches has experienced a hardware failure. We are going to replace the switch at 2 PM Pacific time today. We are unable to provide a specific window for the expected downtime, but we will be actively working with local data center staff to ensure everything goes as quickly and smoothly as possible.

We are currently investigating an error with the web server on RN01HOST-A. The server is online however the web server is not responding. If your site is not up we are aware of the problem and working for resolution.

We will be migration all customers accounts located on RN01HOST to CloudLinux. During this time windows files will be moved between servers. If you make changes to your sites during this time it may not copy changes to the new server. Sites should remain online with no downtime. However DNS changes may take up to 24 hours to propagate.
